So far, we have raised $230 for Andy! Thank you so much to all who have donated so far. Also, thank you to all who are praying for Andy and his future family. I have already seen this little man touch hearts & change lives in this short time we've been rallying together for him. God does incredible things through anyone - the greatest of us and the least of us. Has little Andy touched your heart? Has he changed the way you look at the world around you? My lovely sister-in-law has opened a Thirty-One Gifts party from November 1 - November 20 to help raise money for Andy's adoption fund. Welcome, fellow warriors!

Today is the first day of the 2011 Christmas Angel Tree campaign! Meet "Andy", my waiting angel! I am his Reece's Rainbow Christmas Warrior this year. The goal is to raise at least $1000 for this little guy to get one step closer to going home to a family that will love him, support him, and offer him a life full of opportunity. I will be hosting a variety of fundraisers and activities from November 1st through December 31st to raise money for Andy's adoption fund. I invite you to be a fellow warrior for Andy this holiday season. We can all be a blessing to this child, and believe me, he will be an incredible blessing to us as well!

This is not just about raising money. It is about raising awareness for Andy, orphans, and Down syndrome. It is about opening our minds and making room in our hearts. Let go of yourself and step outside of your world and leave yourself open for God to use you to bless this child and to be blessed. There is power in prayer - don't forget to pray for little Andy!
